Can someone else return the webcam and/or Calculator for me?

Yes.
If you have a trusted person, s/he can return it for you.
Mailing the webcam and/or calculator is an option. Please insure the webcam for $50, calculator for $100. A calculator contains regular AA batteries and you will need to tell the USPS/UPS when you send it.
