Request Canvas Popup

Request Canvas Popup or System Announcement

Use the form below to submit a request to the TLC to have a system-wide announcement or popup message created.

Instructions for Requesting a Popup Message for Canvas

Please use this form to request a popup for Canvas. Be sure to provide the following information with this form (Please Note: All of the fields are required, there must be information in each field):

  1. Your name
  2. Email address
  3. Details regarding your popup (provide all of the necessary details)
  4. Upload the flyer or graphic for your event
  5. In the "More Detail/Explanation," please let us know the start date and the end date of the popup you're requesting. 

This will allow Dr. Griffey to keep track of your requests more effectively.

Popup Information Field:

In the "Popup Information" field, please enter the information that you want students to see regarding your message - please include all relevant details as it may not be possible to display your event flyer in its entirety.

More Detail/Explanation Field:

Using the "More Detail/Explanation" field, please identify the start date and end date of your popup message.  Also, if you have a specific group of students you want to target (if you choose this, please include a .csv or Excel file listing the "A numbers" of the student group you want to target - there is a file upload area below)
